Eligibility Criteria
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled by applicants who want to apply for the aforementioned University of Saskatchewan Scholarships.
- Candidates must be citizens of a nation other than Canada. Students must have finished the IB Diploma Program in order to be eligible for International Baccalaureate (IB) Awards. Be a current high school (secondary) student who plans to continue their education at USask after graduating in order to be eligible for a bachelor’s degree. As an alternative, consider being a student who has completed secondary school (high school) but has little to no post-secondary education. Candidates for Ph.D. degrees must hold a Master’s degree from a recognized university or institution, or its worldwide equivalent;
- Students must be international students enrolled at USask in order to be eligible for the Dean’s Doctoral Scholarship.
- This award is not available to Canadian citizens or permanent residents. Show that your cumulative GPA is at least 80.00%. have finished a doctoral graduate degree within 24 months of being nominated, whether at the University of Saskatchewan or another school.
- After paying the application fee, incoming students must have applied for a Ph.D. program and obtained an NSID.
- Fulfill the extra prerequisites for admission and scholarships as forth by the university.
