SBW Berlin Scholarship in Germany Fully Funded—No Application Fee

Application Requirements

To apply for the SBW Berlin Scholarship, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• The applicant must be between the ages of 18 and 30
• have professional or volunteer experience in the non-profit sector; have a strong intention to work in their home country for at least 18 months after graduation
• be able to demonstrate a relatively low net income
• have no first-degree family members who live permanently in Germany
• have average grades that correspond to a German grade point average of at least 2.0
• be fully enrolled in the first, second, or maximum third semester at a state-recognized university (in Germany or abroad)
• The scholarship applicant must return home and work for at least 18 months after finishing the educational program.

Language Requirement

• Speaking German is not necessary for applicants. But they have to speak English well.
